Tenant Relations


We strive to make the tenant experience seamless, from the time they inquire about your property, with assisting them through the on-line application process, on-boarding, providing them with a tenant portal for expediting any maintenance requests, and responding in a timely manner with effective communication. 

Property Maintenance


Our number one goal is to protect and preserve your investment property. We prioritize and process maintenance requests, try and troubleshoot any issues, and handle emergency issues immediately. We provide you with inspection reports, and make recommendations for routine maintenance.  

Accounting & Finances


All of our owners are provided an online portal, and are sent monthly statements with a copy of any invoices for repairs, and a break down of any charges. Owner funds are transferred to their accounts via ACH Transfer. Each January, owners are sent a 1099 and a Cash Flow Statement prepared by our staff CPA.
